Announcement of the Company's adjustment of cash dividend payout ratio

2.Type and monetary amount of original dividend distribution:

The cash dividend was NT$20,814,300 for shareholders and NT$0.45 per share was allotted.

3.Type and monetary amount of dividend distribution after the change:

The cash dividend was NT$20,814,300 for shareholders and NT$0.44974719 per share was allotted.

4.Reason for the change:

Due to the execution of employee stock warrants resulting in the increase in total number of shares outstanding, the cash dividend payout ratio is hereby adjusted.

5.Any other matters that need to be specified:

(1) According to the resolution of 2022 Annual General Shareholders' Meeting, the Chairman is authorized to adjust the ratios of dividends.

(2) The Company continues to operate a shareholder privilege system this year. Shareholders who are eligible to receive dividends and hold at least 5,000 shares are eligible to apply for equal to NT$1,000 or NT$3,000 coupons depending on the number of shares held.
