6.Content of the report:
News reports on a consumer feeling unwell after dining at our Songjiang Nanjing store.
7.Cause of occurrence:
According to news reports, a consumer suffered from diarrhea and was feeling unwell
after dining at the Company’s store on March 28, 2024. After receiving a report, the
Department of Health, Taipei City Government, conducted an on-site inspection. We
corrected relevant defects immediately, and no other consumers who dined on the same
day had similar symptoms. The food sampled on-site has been sent for testing, but the
results have not yet come out. However, when the Department of Health, Taipei City
Government, re-inspected the defects previously discovered on the afternoon of April 1,
2024, we passed the re-inspection.
8.Countermeasures:
The Company took the initiative to call and check on the customer’s condition in the first
place and continues to follow up on their situation. Other customers who dined on the
same day did not have similar symptoms.
