5.Cause of occurrence:In consideration of changes in the international 
    economic environment,and after evaluating and assessing the overall
    future development,the Board of Directors of the Company has resolved
    to gradually cease all restaurant operations in Shanghai.
 6.Countermeasures:After the resolution of the Board of Directors,
     the Chairman of the company is authorized to fully handle all matters
     related to the cessation of operations of all restaurant in Shanghai.
